All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Orders placed by 11.30 AM are posted the same day. Orders placed after 11.30 AM will be sent the next day. This applies to every day of the week, apart from the odd Saturday and every Sunday due to the post office opening hours.

For items/orders sent as 'Signed For' we are given tracking information. Standard post does not offer this. Please bear this in mind when choosing your postage option.
If your order has not arrived after 28 days from posting (we post within 24 hours of your order being placed Mon-Fri, and the occasional Saturday), please contact us and we can use the reference given to us for standard post items to enquire about it. Royal Mail require us to wait 28 days before doing so. The reference number for your order is not tracking information, but can tell us if it has been posted, been returned etc.
We occasionally use the Hermes parcel service for larger orders as this option can sometimes work out cheaper for HEAVY orders. If your order is too large to be sent by your chosen service we will contact you to let you know, and suggest alternative options.
Postage to UK, although we will consider shipping outside the UK using the Royal Mail International Signed for service. We are unable to send items outside the UK using standard mail as too many items 'go missing' this way. Sorry.
